Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed we cannot guarantee that we would be able to change your order. We can try to amend your order, please contact us via email or chat to inform us of any alterations.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, providing the products have not been dispatched to you. If you would like to cancel please contact us via email and we will process the cancellation and refund for you.

Can I return my product?
Yes, providing you are returning the item in an unused and unbuilt condition and that the original packaging is intact and returned with the product. We try to make this process as easy as possible for you and use a courier to collect the item from you. You will be subject to the cost of the collection but provided the item is in order on arrival with us you will receive a full refund for your initial purchase price.

Do your products come with a warranty?
All of our sets come with a 5-year warranty. 

Where do you deliver?
The Outdoor Furniture Company delivers to the UK mainland only. Our delivery rates are tiered based on proximity to our warehouse (see below).

How much will I pay for delivery?
Our delivery rates are charges as follows:

  • Free delivery across East Anglia 
  • £70 London, the Midlands, South Central and South East England  
  • £150 for the rest of the mainland UK 

Free setup included with every delivery.
